Another superb concert performance from the Silver Band on Friday to a packed audience at Playhouse 2 in Shaw. Preparation was severely disrupted by illness to several players but the Band still managed to put on a great program full of popular favourites and outstanding soloist items. The concert was in fact recorded by Oldham Community Radio and highlights will be broadcast there on Wednesday 30th October at 8pm (reminder to follow)

The Band are having another highly successful year both on the concert stage and in every Contest we have entered!!  We still have a number of player vacancies too (see our vacancies page for more details) so if you would like to play with this great team please let us know!! Rehearsals are Monday / Wednesday 8pm!
