A new “Archive” section has been added to the Media page of the website where we intend to post links to any old recordings of the band that have been digitised for everyone to reminice and enjoy!

Currently there is a link to a vinyl LP from 1975 – Hail Smiling Morn, which was recorded and released in October 1975 to commemorate the centenary of The Dobcross Silver Band!

If anyone has any old vinyl or CD’s of past recordings that the Silver Band have done over the years, and you wouldn’t mind the band borrowing them for a few days so we can digitise them and add them to our archives for posterity, then please get in touch with us via the “Contact Us” page on the website (you can click on the link here: Contact)
