In the Saddleworth Whit Friday Band Contests we performed at eight venues, winning prizes at six of these including four 3rd Section titles! We were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of our longstanding Vice President and former player John Alexander. We have all lost a very special man, a stalwart of our community and respected by so many. Our thoughts are with John’s family.
